JUDGMENT
Z. A. HAQ, J. :- Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
2. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith.
3. The applicants have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the FIR No.39 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Section 498-A r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. The applicants have an alternative remedy of filing an application for discharge before the Trial Court. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this application. The application is disposed of accordingly with liberty to the applicants to avail the remedy as available in law.
5. The application is disposed of. In the circumstances, parties to bear their own costs.
