JUDGEMENT
R.K. Deshpande, J.1. Rule, made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsels appearing for the parties.2. The petitioner is claiming the benefit of the Government Resolution dated 6-2-2006 in respect of Career Advancement. She is denied the benefit on the ground that the past service rendered by her was in private unaided Institution/College. Upon going through the said Government Resolution, we find that it is also applicable to nonaided Institutions/Colleges. Hence, the claim of the petitioner will have to be considered in accordance with this Government Resolution.3. Our attention is invited by Shri Kulkarni, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, to the benefit of this Government Resolution made available to one another person, similarly situated, whose name is included at Serial No.229 (Dr. Vaishali Prakash Nagulwar) in the list annexed to the Government Order dated 8-5-2018. This aspect can also be taken into consideration by the respondents.4. In view of above, this petition is partly allowed. The respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to process the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 6-2-2006 and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from today.5. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
