JUDGMENT
JUDGMENT :- We have heard the learned counsels for the parties.
3. We have considered the allegations made in the Complaint Petition. The accused appellant is about 74 years old in age and has been in custody for a period of 17 months. The co-accused who is her husband has been directed to remain on bail granted by the High Court.
4. In the aforesaid circumstances we are of the view that the accused appellant should be released on bail. We order accordingly. Therefore, the appellant is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (CBI Cases), Jaipur, Rajasthan in connection with Criminal Case No.31 of 2016 arising out of FIR No.RC/JAI/2015/A/0009 registered at Police Station - Special CBI, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
5. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (CBI Cases), Jaipur, Rajasthan is free to impose appropriate condition(s) as he deems fit.
6. Consequently, the order of the High Court is set aside and the present appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
